You can cultivate the skill of being able to bounce back after being knocked down. Resilience is the ability to thrive despite challenges or set-backs.
Tips to cultivate resilience:
- Accept that SH!T happens
- Be mindful and reflect honestly on each situation
- Be kind to yourself
- See challenges as opportunities for growth
- Know that you ARE stronger than you FEEL
